Lid worden?
Lid worden van GSV Excalibur kan op elk moment gedurende het collegejaar. Je kunt jezelf inschrijven door onderstaand inschrijfformulier in te vullen. Na het invullen druk je op ‘verstuur formulier’, waarna je binnen enkele dagen een bevestiging per e-mail zult ontvangen.
 
Verklaring omtrent lidmaatschap GSV Excalibur
Op het moment dat jij jezelf inschrijft wordt van jou verwacht dat je kennis hebt genomen van en akkoord gaat met de Statuten, het Huishoudelijk Reglement, het privacystatement en de Gedragscode van de vereniging. Je gegevens worden, zoals vermeld in het privacystatement, verwerkt in het digitaal administratieprogramma Conscribo en fysiek bewaard achter slot en grendel.
 
Lidmaatschapsvorm: eenjarig lidmaatschap (14 euro)
Gedurende dit verenigingsjaar bedraagt het lidmaatschapsgeld 14 euro. Jaarlijks besluit de Algemene Ledenvergadering over de hoogte van dit bedrag, conform het Huishoudelijk Reglement. Het lidmaatschap bij GSV Excalibur kan jaarlijks vóór 1 oktober schriftelijk bij de Secretaris opgezegd worden door het versturen van een e-mail naar excalibur@let.ru.nl. Je ontvangt dan zo snel mogelijk een uitschrijfbevestiging. Indien je je niet uitschrijft vóór 1 oktober, wordt het lidmaatschap met bijkomende betalingsverplichting automatisch met één jaar verlengd.
 
Machtiging inning contributie (14 euro) GSV Excalibur
Door het versturen van dit formulier geef je toestemming aan GSV Excalibur om gedurende je lidmaatschap jaarlijks 14 euro van je rekening af te schrijven overeenkomstig met onderstaande opdracht van GSV Excalibur:

Become a member?
You can become a member of GSV Excalibur at any time during the academic year. You can register yourself by filling in the registration form below. After filling in the form, press ‘send form’ and you will receive a confirmation e-mail within a few days.
 
Declaration membership GSV Excalibur
The moment you register, you are expected to have taken note of and agree to the Statutes, Internal Regulations, Privacy Statement and Code of Conduct of the association. As stated in the privacy statement, your data will be processed in the digital administration programme Conscribo and physically kept under lock and key.
 
Membership form: membership for one year (14 euros)
During this association year, the membership fee is 14 euros. The General Assembly decides annually on the amount of this fee, in accordance with the Internal Regulations. Membership at GSV Excalibur can be cancelled annually before 1 October in writing to the Secretary by sending an e-mail to excalibur@let.ru.nl. You will then receive an unsubscription confirmation as soon as possible. If you do not unsubscribe before 1 October, the membership with additional payment obligation will be automatically extended by one year.
 
Authorisation to collect contribution (14 euros) GSV Excalibur

Wegens de zomervakantie zullen inschrijvingen tussen 12 juli en 31 augustus 2025 worden verwerkt vanaf week 36. Je ontvangt t.z.t. een bevestiging van je inschrijving.
 
Due to the summer break, registrations between July 12th and August 31th 2025 will be processed from week 36 onward. You will receive a confirmation of your registration in due course.
