De retourvoorwaarden zijn voor iedereen hetzelfde op basis van de wet ‘Kopen op afstand‘. De volgende retourvoorwaarden gelden daarnaast bij een aankoop via GSV Excalibur standaard voor alle klanten:
- Een zichttermijn van 30 dagen.
- Bij tickets voor events of feesten komt de zichttermijn na verloop datum te vervallen.
- Gratis retourneren.
Retourwijze
Wanneer je gebruik maakt van een eigen retourservice regel jij zelf een retourproces in. Je dient hier zelf labels aan te schaffen bij jouw vervoerder en te sturen naar je klant. Je klanten kunnen alsnog hun bestelling kosteloos naar jou retourneren.
The return conditions are the same for everyone based on the ‘Distance Selling’ law. In addition, the following return conditions apply by default to all customers when purchasing via GSV Excalibur:
- A 30-day trial period.
- For tickets for events or parties, the trial period expires after the expiry date.
- Free returns.
Return method
If you use your own return service, you arrange the return process yourself. You need to purchase labels from your carrier and send them to your customer. Your customers can still return their order to you free of charge.
