Als Introductiecommissie ben je gedurende het jaar bezig met misschien wel de belangrijkste week voor elke aankomende student: de introductieweek. Samen organiseren jullie activiteiten voor een goed en divers programma en werken jullie samen met de universiteit en de faculteit. Een organisatorisch meesterbrein zijn is dus een pré! Verder ben je samen met de uni het aanspreekpunt voor de mentoren en de nieuwe studenten zelf, om de week soepel en leuk te laten verlopen. Het is een behoorlijk serieuze commissie gezien de belangrijke taken die we op ons nemen, maar ontzettend de moeite waard door alle lol en dankbaarheid die je ervoor terugkrijgt!
As the Introduction Committee you are busy during the year with perhaps the most important week for every prospective student: the introduction week. Together you organise activities for a good and diverse program and work together with the university and the faculty. So being an organisational mastermind is a plus! Furthermore, together with the uni, you will be the point of contact for the mentors and the new students themselves, in order to make the week run smoothly and fun. It’s a pretty serious committee considering the important tasks we take on, but extremely worth it by all the fun and gratitude you get in return!
